About Thomas Rosante

Founder & Head Chef

Holy Roses started pretty simply.

I fell in love with cooking a while back and became a chef. Then, one day, I bought a pizza oven.

What started as a hobby, turned into a total obsession. An obsession with the dough, with the right tomatoes, the best cheeses, the perfect crisp. The entire process consumed me.

I realized (probably later than I should have) that I couldn’t eat all this pizza I was making every day. So, I started having parties and giving it to friends and family.

Cut to… people started RAVING about it.

More people started coming to these parties. Some may say too many, but I’m Italian and can never turn away a hungry guest. Whadyagonnado?

But what’s funny is everybody loved more than just the pizza. Yes, it’s gooooood. Reeeeeally good.

But people also kept going on about how fun it was to be around the action. Hanging in the backyard, having a cocktail and seeing the pies prepped, the dough stretched, the pizzas fired. It was just a really fun time.

So, after a while, I started Holy Roses. And ever since, I’ve been bringing that fun vibe and unbelievably good pizza to people’s parties and events.

Whether you’re having a backyard hang, a wedding, corporate event, or anything under the sun… we’re ready to cook you up some pizza and a great time.

Most people wanna know what the deal is with the name. It’s a play on our family name.
